With over 50 years of combined experience across real estate, law, title insurance, and settlement services, our team understands the closing process from every perspective. We work closely with buyers, sellers, Realtors, and lenders to anticipate challenges, keep transactions moving, and provide a smooth closing experience.
What truly sets us apart is our hands-on approach. We understand that real estate doesn't always happen between 9 and 5, and neither does communication. We take pride in being accessible, responsive, and personally invested in every transaction we handle.

Jamie Falconer | Founder & Owner
Sometimes life's most difficult chapters lead us to unexpected new beginnings.
In December 2025, I lost my mom. Her passing changed my perspective on many things, including what I wanted for my future, both personally and professionally. After more than five years in my previous position, I made the difficult decision to walk away and begin a new chapter.
Not long afterward, an opportunity came along to help build America Real Estate Title & Settlement Services, better known as ARE Closings. It was an opportunity to take something I've always genuinely loved and turn it into something of my own.
Throughout my years in real estate, the title and settlement side of the business has always been where my passion lies. I love the details, the research, and especially the challenge of uncovering title issues and finding solutions. There's something incredibly rewarding about working through a complicated situation and helping get a transaction successfully to the closing table.
But beyond the paperwork and problem-solving, what matters most to me is the people. I believe clients deserve to feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the closing process. I believe Realtors and lenders deserve a settlement partner who communicates, follows through, and treats their transactions with the same care they do.
Starting this company wasn't originally part of my plan, but sometimes the path we never expected becomes exactly where we're meant to be.
I'm proud of what we're building at ARE Closings, and I'm committed to making it a company known for integrity, personal service, attention to detail, and relationships that last well beyond the closing table.
Although my mom isn't here to see this new chapter, I know she would be incredibly proud. Her love and encouragement will always be part of the person I am and the business I'm building.
